Straight A’s are not enough in an AI-first world. Unlike traditional academic programs, we teach your Middle or High Schooler to influence, network, and close deals.

The Class: High-Stakes Influence for Grades 7-12
The "laptop job" path is broken. While traditional academics focus on test scores, Influence Prep teaches the skills that AI can't automate.

In this 6-week class, your Middle or High Schooler will learn to raise capital, cold-call, and build a powerful network.
About Jun Loayza
At UCLA, I finished recruiting season with zero job offers, proving that "book smarts" weren't enough to win in the real world. I realized then that if I couldn't win on paper, I had to win in the room. By mastering the art of influence, I built an 8-figure business and led product at Google and YouTube -- despite not having an Ivy League degree or an engineering background. Today, having achieved financial success, found my faith in God, and been blessed with a wonderful family, I am driven by a singular purpose to pay it forward to the next generation.

The 6-week class agenda
Week 1: The Identity Protocol -- Your Personal Hedgehog
Before students can influence others, they must understand their own value. We identify their Personal Hedgehog -- the unique intersection of what they love, what they can master, and how they can generate income.

The Goal: Build a Relationship Action Plan (RAP) to target the specific mentors and nodes needed to win.
Week 2: The Value Interface -- Networking Through Generosity
Networking isn't about meeting people; it's about making real connections. Based on the principles of Never Eat Alone, students learn to lead with generosity to build foundational acquaintances.

The Goal: Launch a personal expert newsletter and host a "food gathering" to establish their network.
Week 3: The Scarcity Frame -- The Art of Raising Capital
Using the Oren Klaff Pitch Anything methodology, students learn to frame ideas and raise funding for causes or businesses. We master the concept of Always Be Leaving (ABL) to create urgency and close deals.
The Goal: Launch a funding campaign with a high-stakes video pitch and a digital capture mechanism.
Week 4: The High-Status Superpower -- Mastering the Cold Call
Cold calling is a rare skill that grants instant access to opportunities others can’t see. Students identify and call local businesses in a supportive group environment to overcome the fear of outreach.
The Goal: Secure a coffee or lunch meeting with a high-level professional mentor.
Week 5: The Invisible Resume -- Dominating the Interview
We teach students how to land impossible roles by winning the room regardless of their age or experience. They learn to move beyond their "paper" resume to convince leaders they are the solution to a problem.

The Goal: Design a Hairy Audacious Goal and prepare the final pitch for their ultimate stakeholders.
Week 6: The Ultimate Close -- Pitch Your Parents
In this final intensive, students take their parents to a meal -- paid for with the funds they raised in Week 3 -- and deliver an audacious pitch designed to be their most challenging close yet.
The Goal: Experience the reality of the pitch, handle the "No," and gain the confidence to influence anyone.
Our 3 guiding principles

Give Before You Ask
True networking is about being helpful, not just collecting contacts. We teach students that by helping others first, they build a powerful network of mentors and friends who will support their career for a lifetime.

Own Every Interaction
Success in the real world isn't just about having the best grades; it’s about having the confidence to lead. We teach students how to speak with authority and command attention so they are seen as leaders, not just laptop workers.

Who You Know is as Important as What You Know
We don’t just teach for the classroom; we prepare students for the real world. By joining our alumni network, your child gains an instant community of ambitious peers who lift each other up, ensuring they never have to start their professional journey from scratch.
